Please note that any customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process any item that comes back to our warehouse. Our policy lasts for 14 days after a customer has received their order.

As long as the product you are returning is unused (sticker intact) in the same condition it was received in, still in its original packaging and has been returned within 14 days of you receiving the product, then you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Keep in mind that the paper sticker can't be broken. Once you've opened our product we can't refund. Please note that we hold in a fee for the return shipment:

Situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Situations where no refund is granted: any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
